The Pavillion at Roxburgh House

A Perfectly located private haven. We are 5kms from Margaret River (not walking distance), and 5 kms from Previlly beach, on the spectacular SW coast, the heart of our famous Wine Region. Our Pavillion is very private and tranquil. Chill out or visit the numerous Vineyards and award winning restaurants nearby. We are well positioned for you to explore our Pristine Surfing beaches, Swimmimg Beaches, Nature Trails, Caving, a Golf course near by, and the Margaret River for Fishing & Canoeing. The space Your Pavillion is a private Haven in the grounds of Roxburgh House for you to relax, enjoy, and soak up the space. Please note: If you are new to the region and want shops etc; within walking distance, you may want to look for somewhere closer to the town. The Pavillion is well equipped with a super comfortable Queen size bed, that is well screened within the spacious common living area . The bedroom equally has again a super comfortable Queen bed and this will be opened to accommodate when more than two people are registered, to a maximum four registered guests. Please note that simply, if two guests require separate beds, this will incur a further charge of $35 per person per night for its use. Or, if you have an Infant and want to have the extra room even with your own Travel cot, there will be a further fee of $35 per night for its use. Please enjoy the Light Breakfast basket provided for you on your first day with us. There is a Large clean BBQ with a wok burner on the side ( Fry, Steam, or boil) for your use during your stay that you can Grill ,Roast or Bake with. We thank you for leaving it in the same condition after use. Please note: we are strictly not licensed for cooking inside the building. We ask you not bring any cooking appliances into the Pavilion to use as it is not set up for cooking. Please note we are not set up for infants and therefore don’t provide a cot or high chair. Guest access You have access to the Pavillion with your own private garden. There is also a second room that is automatically accessible when more than two guests are booked. Should two guests simply require the second bed, there will be a further charge of $35 per person per night for its use. Or if you have an infant and want a separate room for them again a further fee of $35 per person per night will apply. The entrance is via the Patio. As you drive in to the property you will bear left, you will see a large terracotta pot at the end of a low wall on your right, turn right there directly into your own Carport. For your comfort and safety In the evening the sensor lights will automatically come on as you enter the property,in the Carport and also on the main deck . We live on 2.5 acres of which you are welcome to explore and enjoy the views. Other things to note For your own peace of mind we advise we hold a permit for our Short stay that is fully compliant with the Shire of Augusta Margaret River. unfortunately it precludes cooking facilities inside the Pavilion ( we ask you to Please not bring any cooking appliances to use inside). We also advise that as we are not set up for infants that we do not provide a children’s Cot or a High Chair . Please respect quiet time between 10.30 pm- 8am, thank you. Please turn off the Lights and Airconditioner whilst not there during the day, and on the day you vacate. Additional: when more than two guests book, the second room is automatically open for you, to a maximum four registered guests overall. However should two guests require separate beds, there will be a further charge of $35 per person per night for its use. Also if you have an infant and require the use of the extra room for them with your own travel cot, again there will be a further fee of $35 per person per night for its use. We would appreciate the BBQ being left in the condition as found on your vacate. For the comfort of everyone we have a firm Non smoking or Vaping policy throughout the entire property.
