The Winsor Studio

Enjoy our newly remodeled studio with its own yard, nice green grass and small deck and patio area to kick back in secluded bliss. Sit under the stars around a campfire just steps from your front door. In the studio you’ll find a brand new room, bathroom and kitchen to enjoy. The space The property is located in a small neighborhood on the bay on the southeast side of the McCullough Bridge. We are a 2-5 min walk to two different parks and a frisbee golf course, as well as bayside trails and beautiful views of the bridge and dunes. We are a 5-10 min drive to a handful of restaurants, bars, and stores in Coos Bay and North Bend. This is a quiet and family friendly neighborhood for you to enjoy. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire back yard. There is a patio table and chairs to relax on as you wish. Guests will park up on the curb alongside the laurel hedge and walk the lighted pathway which is located on the right side of the main house. Please use caution if using the stairs to walk down the grass hill as the treads can move slightly and also may be slick if wet. There will be guests in the house closest to the street on the same property. They will be parking in the driveway and using the front door to access the house. NOTE: Please be careful with the lock set-up we have. If you leave your keys inside and turn the lock from the outside, you will lock yourself out. We have spares of course if need be. Other things to note Hanging rack for your clothes, ironing board and iron are available upon request.
