Welcome to Moulin de Monges, an ideal place for holidays and recharging your batteries in the middle of nature with its river and green spaces over 4 hectares. You will be staying in a completely renovated 15th century watermill. The listed gîte is located in the countryside, without disturbance, without neighbors nearby. Hosts are on the property but with independent entrance and parking, no face-to-face between us. Privacy assured! The space NB: the capacity for both day and night is limited to a maximum of 5 people. In the Quercy Blanc, located only 4 km from the town of Montpezat de Quercy, an old medieval village, you will find all the local shops: bakery, supermarket, tobacco, doctor, pharmacy, good restaurants La Table du Cardinal (Michelin guide award-winning restaurant, Kim Chinese restaurant on site or takeaway as well as the gourmet shop of Laulau. Snack at Le Faillal campsite (on-site sale and take away ) The Moulin de Monges, with a surface area of 90 m2, is composed of a large living room, equipped and open kitchen (flat screen TV, Wi-Fi), a bathroom with shower and toilet, 3 bedrooms including 2 doubles with 160 x 200 bed and one with 2 90 x 200 bunk beds. Washing machine, dishwasher. Linens and towels provided private pool of the 8x4m gîte, terrace, barbecue, fenced garden. You will be accommodated in a detached house with private access and exclusive pool. The house is in the middle of a private property of 4 hectares where only the owners live there ( in another house). The accommodation and all contact surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. All linens provided ( sheets and towels) will be washed at 60° The pool is treated with chlorine. If you are looking for a safe place to spend your vacation, the Moulin de Monges meets your expectations. For rentals on weekends outside of school holidays, Sunday departure is possible until 4 p.m. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €5 on site. Please let us know in advance.
