This is a 2018 built house. The house has a easy flow from the kitchen through to the master bedroom. The house is situated in a rural setting surrounded by gardens and a fish pond and lots of outdoor seating on the awesome deck. The space A rural setting on town boundary with a supermarket only 1.8km away. Guest access The gardens are beautiful with walkways right between different beds. There is also a large front lawn and a big back lawn. There is a wraparound deck in the main entertainment area and in front of every bedroom where there is also easy access to your room from outside without disturbing the rest of the guests. There is an area outside that has an ashtray for the smoker as smoking is not allowed in the house at all. There is unlimited wifi and Netflix in the house for all to enjoy. Other things to note Each bedroom has their own access to the deck via a ranch slider so getting to enjoy the sunshine and outdoor from every room in this beautiful home.
