Apartment in central Åre

Come and spend a weekend or week in our apartment in the center of Åre. You are within walking distance to everything, Åre square, Holiday Club, ICA, Åre train station, etc. It's simply the perfect location to avoid worrying about how to get to and from the slopes. You take the skis or snowboard on your shoulder and then you're good to go. NOTE: From December 1 to May 1, rentals are for Sun-Sun, Sun-Thu, Thu-Sun or Thu-Thu. Read the house rules before you book, at least one person in the party must be 25 years old. The space In the apartment, you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed (2 beds) in one room and two bunk beds in the other (4 beds). So, a maximum of 6 people can stay in the apartment. You will also find a kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with cable TV and in the hall you have a drying cabinet and a drying rack so you can get all your stuff dry after a long day in the mountains. There is also access to a common sauna that is shared with other apartments in the house. Guest access There is a parking space with engine heater that belongs to the apartment, does not apply to charging for electric cars. As for charging electric cars, there are charging stations nearby. Other things to note - Bed linens and towels are NOT included. Bring your own. - Cleaning is done by those who rent the apartment.
