The space This secluded and private villa is ideal for large families or groups; holidays, conferences or events, including weddings. The villa has two separate apartments plus a top floor studio each with its own entrance. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two single beds in the main bedroom and two bunk beds in the second bedroom, lounge kitchen and shower. The studio has a lounge with a double sofa bed, indoor/outdoor kitchen and toilet room with outside cold shower. There is a large outdoor entertainment area with pool and BBQ, spacious balconies with stunning views of Vassiliki Bay and new marina. There is a unique Greek Amphitheatre to watch the sunset over the hills. The isolated villa is set in 2,5 acres of landscaped gardens. Guest access Guests will have use of all areas of the villa. You will need your own transport; the 300 m road to the villa is steep. Other things to note The Vassiliki / Pondi area offers a multitude of water sports, including tuition, for windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, sailing, SUP boards, kayaking etc. Powerboat hire available in Vassiliki. There are nearby tavernas, shops, cafes, ferries to other beaches, day trips, sand and pebble beaches.
