Casa Vacanze La Vigna is a recently renovated farmhouse, surrounded by the vineyards of the green Vicenza countryside, located at the foot of the Berici Hills and is the perfect place where peace, relaxation and tranquility meet the convenience of downtown Lonigo which, just a 5-minute drive away, offers services for every need. The space Guests will have the entire house to themselves. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people or 5 if there is a baby. Guest access The house consists of: - Kitchen and living room in a bright open space - Double bedroom with walk-in closet - Bathroom with shower - Laundry room with a washing machine and toilet - Loft with dedicated workspace and double bed - Ideal patio for lunch or dinner enjoying the sunset and views of the vineyards and mountains in the distance, a BBQ is also available - Indoor parking lot A crib is available for younger guests. The house is perfect for both a couple, families, or small groups of friends. During the period May-September you can take advantage of an underground pool of 4 meters x 12 meters that is located in the garden of the manor house and is bordered by a hedge, with a regular height of 1.40 meters, for the use of the guests of our two vacation homes. Swimming pool opening 2026: 11 May. The hours you can access the pool are: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm -7:00pm. The pool includes the following rules: - sharp objects and splinters could irreversibly damage the pool, which is why it is forbidden to bring glass bottles and glass glasses into the pool - shower before entering the pool - No entry to unaccompanied minors - prohibited from entering dogs - no diving and running along the poolside - for the needs, use the toulette and not the pool! - Please use the towel on the sun loungers - it is forbidden to use the towels provided from the house in the pool area Casa Vacanze La Vigna is only 10 km from the Montebello Vicentino motorway toll booth and Lonigo train station. The main cities nearby are Vicenza, Verona, Padua, Venice and Lake Garda, easily accessible by car or train for day visits or to trade fairs and congresses such as Vinitaly or the Gold Fair; there are also many villages that are worth a visit, including: Soave, Arquà Petrarca, Montagnana, Valeggio sul Mincio and Borghetto. In the immediate vicinity, the Berici Hills are full of hiking trails and for cycling enthusiasts there is the possibility of renting bikes (even with assisted cycling) and helmets for fantastic rides around, discovering wineries, where you can have wine tastings, and the Palladian Villas. To try to limit consumption when not needed and to respect the environment, there are some rules: - Turn off indoor and outdoor lights when not at home, - Turn off the air conditioning when you're not at home, - Separate collection in the appropriate containers provided: paper, plastic, glass, wet and undifferentiated. Other things to note It has a good Wi-Fi connection, which can be temporarily disrupted in the event of a storm. Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Italian Ministerial Decree 383 of October 6, 2022). Summer: The average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types. Winter: The weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. The heating period and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation, Vicenza Climatic Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
