The space This listing is for a 35 sqm studio apartment with a bathroom and kitchenette. The studio provides accommodation in one room, ideal for two to three people, and can be extended to up to four people for families and budget travelers, featuring a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed (140x200 cm). You will spend your days in Berlin in a very unique and rustic setting. If you want to see what Berlin looked like before the fall of the Wall, this is the place for you. In the surrounding area, you’ll find an interesting mix of typical local neighborhood life with many bars, restaurants, and cafés, East Berlin charm, a heritage-protected district, and forgotten streets. You are warmly invited to be our guests. Guest access The rear part of the courtyard with its possibilities of use is open to all. If necessary, a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. An ironing board, iron and other utensils are available on request. Other things to note I am happy when my guests feel comfortable and have a good time here - I strive to make this possible for you.
