Beautiful light-filled Silver room in Greenwich/Blackheath. Located in a stunning red-bricked historic buidling in a quiet and serene tree-lined neighbourhood - one of the nicest spots in London! A 10 minute train journey from the closest station to London Bridge. A walk away from the famous Greenwich Observatory and Cutty Sark. Easy reach of Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace. Accommodates one or two people. Free parking. Wifi. There is a large glass table and chair where you can work. The space The room is spacious and airy, with a comfortable double bed. Best suited to singles and couples. Beautiful view out on leafy Georgian cul-de-sac. The apartment is relaxed and comfortable in a safe and secluded area. It's located in a stunning 1930s palatial red-bricked building in one of the most beautiful and greenest parts of London. Many period features are still in place, including the wood-panelled lift/elevator. Please note that this is a residence, not a hotel. While everything will be clean and spotless, and there will be a place to hang your clothes, the common areas will still contain our personal items. Only book if you are comfortable with that kind of cozy, local ambiance. The apartment is secure with a double lock on the main door - but there are no locks on the individual room doors. Please note that you may be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with hosts and possibly 1 other guest. Please also be ultra-careful and gentle when turning on and off radiators/heat. Make sure you are turning the valves the right way, stop if you meet resistance and if you notice anything unusual, give us a call. During your stay I, or the caretaker, will be there to greet and to familiarize you with the apartment. I will most likely be occupying the main bedroom, but will keep a discreet, low-key presence. All other rooms will be available to you, including the study for lounging around and surfing the net.
