This site is the perfect place for children and adult adventurers (wild and rugged nature/ presence of the violin torrent below the plateau). On the ground floor: Large living room with vault and large "cantou" fireplace (about 40 m²) equipped with a large 6/8-seater corner sofa + coffee table and a TV with speakers. Large kitchen + dining room (about 45 m² in total) with tables + benches to easily accommodate 15 people at the table. Equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath and washing machine. A separate toilet. On the floor: 5 spacious bedrooms with 13 permanent beds + 3 extra beds (2 + 1 space). Bathroom with bathtub. A separate toilet. Outside: Courtyard to the south with 6/8 outdoor table on the grassed terrace. Large plot to the west (about 500 m²). Baby equipment: crib /high chair/changing table.
