Close to many alfresco restaurants, the 'Old Town' with it's typical Niçoise architecture and the beautiful Place Massena with it's fountains and gardens. Only 9 mins walk to Nice Ville train station and just 20mins by tram to the airport. The space The building dates back to the early 1900s and the apartment is on the 4th floor with high ceilings, French doors and shutters typical of the Niçoise architecture of the time. The apartment has both east and west facing views, giving the space beautiful light in both morning and afternoon. European oak herringbone floors in the living room and both bedrooms, and original plaster ceiling coving throughout. The large shower room is separate from the WC and another separate laundry room with washer dryer. Air conditioning units with separate controls installed in both bedrooms and the living area. Guest access You enter the building through a reception on the ground floor. The old iron elevator will take you directly to the apartment on the 4th floor.
