Our space is a studio unit with balcony in Manhattan Heights. It is designed to make you feel at home. It is conveniently located within Araneta Center. It is near malls (Alimall, SM Cubao, Gateway). There is a supermarket at the ground floor that is open until 10PM just beside the tower entrance. There is also a 24-hour 7-ELEVEN convenient store nearby at the Tower B beside the PNB bank. Bed upgraded to queen. Toaster upgraded to microwave as per guests request The space Since it is a studio unit, it can comfortably accommodate 2persons. We can extend up to 3 guests provided you are okay to use the floor mattress. We are charging a minimal amount of 250 for extra guest to cover utilities consumption, use of extra sheets, blankets and towels. Our place is furnished with the things that you may need during your stay. Light cooking is allowed - there is an induction cooker, small pan, rice cooker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Utensils are also available. We also have bathroom essentials available for our guests' use. We have wifi and cable TV (Sky) installed too. Television is google TV, Netflix is ready to use Guest access We will meet guests to hand over the keys. Other things to note Strictly no smoking! Inside and in the balcony. Neighboring units will report you to guards on duty if they smell cigarette smoke. Building management also discourages smoking within the condominium vicinity. If you still want to smoke you can go outside the building premises and find a smoking area within Araneta City. Please switch on the exhaust fan when cooking and switch off after. Make sure the appliances (except fridge) especially the air conditioning unit are switched off when going out. The pay parking in the building basement is now open. Late checkout is allowed as long as it will not affect other booking. If you will extend 4 hours or more, it will be considered as 1 day since we will need to block the entire day for you - thank you! Upon confirmation of booking, please send me a copy of the guests ID for the authorization to stay. You can send via airbnb chat. If you break anything, disclose it and let’s discuss the replacement or payment. Please do not use the towels as foot rags. We are providing separate foot rags. Same with mattress and blankets please do not use them as rags We will charge you for the cost of new towel if you do. Please let’s be considerate. Throw your trash in the provided trash bins. Do not put anything especially trash on top of the kitchen cabinet so as not to attract pests. We will be providing honest reviews for other hosts and block any guests who would treat our unit as garbage. Thank you for understanding.
