Hello fellow travellers.... Welcome to my comfortable apartment in Putrajaya. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and I rent out 2 of the bedrooms to guests. The living room and kitchen are shared areas. The space Putrajaya is strategically situated between Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and is served by the Express Rail Link (ERL) from KL Sentral Station to KLIA via Putrajaya Central located at Precinct 7. The nearest place to eat out is about 10 minutes walk away and the nearest shopping mall is about 1.5 Km. Travel using Grab is cheaper than local taxis. Alamanda Mall, IOI Shopping Mall and diplomatic enclave are under 5km away. Putrajaya Lake is a nearby attraction with activities such as boating and kayaking. Dwiputra also offers a lovely swimming pool, well-equipped gym and children's playground at no extra cost. There is a small restaurant at level 3 and a mini-market at ground floor. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, gym, restaurant on level 3 and also private parking. Other things to note The access security card to the apartment is required for using the lifts and also accessing the gym. Please do not lose it as it cost 100 MYR to replace.
