Wonderful for tents and hammocks(lots of trees). Not suitable for rooftents, or camper/trailers . The field and short trail are here for you to enjoy. You may use the hose as needed, maybe even play in the sprinkler. The goats are friendly, but please respect them. keep fingers away from their mouth. The toilet, field, trail and water faucet are shared. We are happy to socialize, but can let you have your space once you are oriented. Our neighborhood consists of 10 acre lot, we are on a dead end street, so low traffic. Quiet time by 10 p.m. We have a badminton net and rackets, and bocci ball are here to use.
