Bring the whole family to this whimsical two story home on a quiet, dirt, cul-de-sac in Santa Ynez. Walking distance to the lovely township of Santa Ynez. Spacious, fully enclosed, front and rear yards for the kids to run around in. Lots of fun details incorporated to give this 1960's Charmer a rustic, farmhouse feel. Nice walk into Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/LosOlivos/Ballard/Buellton Come and stay, make some memories! This is a 2 story home 3 bed/1 bath upstairs and 1 bed/bath downstairs. The rooms are all cozy and the kitchen is ready for home cooked meals if you choose. Spacious entertaining areas with outdoor dining, fire pit, room for lots of games/activities. *Home is fully self contained but has a Guest unit on the property that is usually occupied. It shares no common spaces or amenities. Full House is located on a dirt, cul-de-sac, plenty of parking in the driveway. Please advise if you will need more parking than for 2 cars. Make sure to drive slow on the dirt road to keep dust and wear/tear at bay and keep neighbors happy. I leave guests to their private stay but I am available at any time. This little "farmhouse" is located in a typical quiet Santa Ynez neighborhood filled with friendly folk. Stroll down to Santa Ynez township and you may see some real cowboys coming out of the Santa Ynez Feed and Supply. Settle in for some local fare at The Red Barn or get your Margaritas on at Dos Carlitos Mexican Restaurant. The Pony Express has all of your morning coffee needs and if you're looking to party, The Maverick is the place to be on the weekends. When you've exhausted all SY has to offer, hop on over to Solvang, or Los Olivos for whole new experiences. This location is wonderfully central to all of the wine tasting venues in the SY Valley! This is a rural location and not much public transportation but plenty of drive for hires are available. There is a bus stop located right downtown but you will need to check on run service for that. Neighbor can sometimes be coaxed into taking you in his beautiful vintage car for a little wine tasting or drive through the countryside. Let me know and I will put you in contact with him.
