The Gallery, airy studio near Emsworth harbour.

The Gallery is an airy and spacious suite on the ground floor of our home on a quiet road. The private bathroom is across a shared hall. There is off-road parking and ample space for bikes, boats, kayaks, etc. Public slipways to launch boats are nearby. It is a 1 minute walk to the harbour and a lovely 10 minute walk to the village centre with it's pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes. The South Downs National Park, Chichester, Goodwood, Hayling Island and Portsmouth are just a short drive. The space The L-shaped studio has a kingsize bed at one end, sofa bed and dining table in the middle and a fully equipped separate kitchen. Laundry facilities are available on request. Access to the private shower room is just across the shared entrance hall. Doors lead from the kitchen and lounge area to a private garden with tables and chairs for outside dining. There are facilities for washing bikes, boats etc and watersports gear plus secure bike storage and drying facilities. Guest access Guests will have access to their private suite, the shared hall and their private shower room which is across the shared hall. They will also have access to the back garden which is enclosed.
