This is a small pretty terraced house 10/15 minutes walk to the town centre, Tate gallery restaurants, shops and beaches. The room is light and airy with a double bed, and smart TV. The bathroom is bright and contemporary, with electric shower and toiletries. Towels are provided. There is parking and a small sunny patio garden. I ONLY HOST Female guests. Check in anytime after 3pm. The space It is a perfect location for beach lovers and artists as it is close to all galleries and beaches. 10 minutes walk to Leach Pottery and convenient for the local art courses. The room has a smart tv with Netflix, and WiFi. The bathroom is shared with one person (me). There is an electric shower over the bath for guests use. It is located downstairs. Help yourself to breakfast. (tea coffee, toast, cereal. ) There will be space in the fridge should you wish to store lunches etc, and you are welcome to use the microwave and toaster. No use of oven, air fryer or washing machine. The room has been refurbished completely. New Simba mattress ,bed, new carpet, bedding and towels. The house is set back from a main road. It is on a hill. There may be some traffic noise. The house is fully double glazed however and it has not been an issue for previous guests. Guest access If I am not at home when you arrive your key will be in the keysafe by the front door. Make yourself at home. During your stay I will be available to give directions and advice on local amenities Other things to note The room has a new mattress ( Simba) New bedding, carpet and towels. I do not share my lounge As I work from home sometimes. Please remove your shoes and leave them by the front door. Bathroom and toilet is downstairs. Shared with me.
