The bldg has 24/7 security guard and cctv cameras. The space The unit that we offer is originally our personal guest room. A fully furnished 32sqm condo on the 22nd floor of tower d. We made sure that the room is really cozy and welcoming. Everything is within reach: Malls, Resto, Night Life, Banks, TV Networks and Public Transportation is very accessible. It comfortably accommodates 3-4 persons. Aside from cctv cameras, the bldg is also equipped with sprinkles and fire safety equipment. The tower also has a mini-mall located at the ground floor level of the tower. There are savemore supermarket, The Coffee Bean, Formosa Bakery, Ace Hardware, Massage and Salon Shop, Laundry Shop, BDO, Bubble Tea and 7 Eleven which is open 24 hrs. Guest access Guest can also enjoy the luxurious ambiance of the pool from 6am-10pm with affordable fee of 150php per person per use on regular days/weekends and 300php on holidays payable to the pool area (Pls follow admin advise and rules and regulations). Note: Please wear proper swimming attire. There is also a jogging path and mini playground for the kids. The tower has also a lounge and lobby area where you can just sit in and relax and enjoy the free wi-fi. Note: Light cooking is allowed inside the condo. Basic kitchen utensils are already provided for your convenience. Other things to note SELF-SERVICE is a must and each time you cook. Please wash and clean the kitchen utensils provided. Please keep the unit clean as possible and always turn off the AC/TV/Lights when not in used. Please treat the unit as it is your own home. Cleaning is done upon every check in only. We are not accepting cleaning services as we give privacy to our guest and for security purposes especially for long term guests. One time set-up for toiletries, linen and towels.
