Come and enjoy with your family our beautiful 230 m2 architect's house open to a 6000 m2 wooded park, not overlooked, in the Japanese garden style with large swimming pool (13 x 6) 10 minutes from Toulouse. All rooms are equipped with large bay windows opening onto the park. Perfect stop to relax in the quiet nature amidst the birds... Parties are not allowed and respect for the quiet of the neighborhood is requested. The space Architect's house of 230 m2 with very nice swimming pool 13 x 6 max depth 2.30 m with diving board on a pretty park of 6000 m2 with ponds and stream, 1 entrance with toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room with table for 10 people, 1 desk with computer, 1 living room of 60 m2 with fireplace, television with DVD player and VCR and electric piano, marble floor, overlooking the terrace of 50 m2 with barbecue. -1 master suite with king size bed, large terrace overlooking the pool, large desk and private bathroom with spa bath, - 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 baby bed, balcony and private bathroom with toilet and bathtub, - 2 bedrooms with double bed, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds -1 other individual bathroom with toilet. The 6000 m2 garden, not overlooked, will allow you to relax in our 13 x 6 swimming pool or in the quiet of our large trees and small fountains and enjoy our barbecue. Another terrace is also located in the middle of the garden. As well as an old tennis court. For children, some old games and books will be available to them as well as foosball. Our house is our main residence and therefore very well equipped. The beds will be made upon your arrival if you opt for the linen service of €20 per room and bath towels (except for the pool) and tea towels available. The kitchen is equipped with: an electric oven, an induction plate with a range hood, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an electric filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a waffle maker, a toaster, a citrus press and a blender. tableware, glasses, cutlery for about ten people, cooking and baking utensils (pans, woks, pots, cast iron grill, pressure cooker, knives, spatulas, strainers, skimmers, mixer...) tea towels. Private parking for 2 cars. I rent out my childhood home so that I can keep it and make the most of it. Here 9 children were raised... and all the good energies remain there and invite you to rest in joy and serenity! But it's absolutely not a hotel, so you may come across a spider in a closet or a towel a little rough from the memories of bathing... It is also not a party room because the house, although not visually overlooked, is in the middle of other houses and the calm that reigns there must be respected by the tenants. The house and garden are very quiet and cool, yet 10 min drive to Toulouse city center, and 30 min by bus or metro. It's a small oasis of greenery that will delight both adults and children. A bus stop is close to the house. Calicéo and Intermarché 2 min, Toulouse city center 10 min, Cité de l'Espace 15 min... Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests, except for the basement which serves as a storage space and the two cottages which are in the garden but which can be rented in addition if you need more beds. Other things to note Hi and Welcome to La Source, I hope you will feel home. Please make sure to take care of the place, as much as you would do of yours. ☺ A few important infos : You can use anything from the kitchen (apart from crystal glasses and alcohol behind the window under the bar). Please make sure to replace when you empty a stock (toilet paper, oil, coffee, sugar…) Do NOT put any glass, or cup, or anything that would be hot or wet on the wooden furniture everywhere in the house (shelves, tables, chairs or armchairs) : it would damage very quickly and there is no way to get off the spots. You can find wooden saucers and tea plates in the house. Before leaving or getting to bed, please make sure : - that all the garden lights are switched off (switches are in the entrance hall) ; - that all the white cushions are inside ; - that the external blind is up (in case of rain) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE WOODEN CHAIRS OUTSIDE ! Please be careful : swimming-pool and outdoor basins are dangerous for children and pets. Terrace and floors are very slippery when you have wet feet ! If you have pets please make sure they don’t get on the armchairs, sofa or any furniture and please avoid carpet and rugs. You have a reserved parking space, the others are for the tenants of the bungalows. Please make sure the gate is closed before and after entering/leaving the house. When you get out for a long time, please make sure that all doors (including the ones in the room and at the end of the corridors) are closed, as well as blinds. Tip : to close a door, lean on it, get the handle up and turn the key at the same time. Do NOT smoke inside, please use ashtrays and be respectful of this calm and quiet neighbourhood. During summer, the automatic watering system will work at 11pm, make sure nothing is on the grass… if you don’t want it wet. It gets cooler after watering ! 😊 A quick clarification : the cleaning fee is only for preparation of the house before you arrive, make sure everything is clean before you leave or you will be charged for that. - Please empty the bins (don’t forget the bathroom) : waste and recyclables in the big bins under the small covered courtyard next to the parking (if they don’t fit, please take the waste away with you). The glass bin is at the opposite side of the place in front of the house. - Please take off the sheets and put them on the bed with the used towels. - Please make sure the house is as clean when you leave as it was when you entered it (kitchen, fridge, oven, barbecue, bathrooms, floors…) The maintenance products are under the kitchen sink. Brooms, hoover and mop are in the cupboard, in the dining room, if needed. Now you know everything, or almost.
