Stay in the heart of Bondi in a modern, fully secured, self-contained King Suite and live like a local. This Bondi Beach Studio apartment is true understated luxury in a local setting. A home away from home where you’ll find the best coffee, the freshest foods and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our King Suite is fully equipped with a king bed, modern European appliances (including an oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher), desk space, sleek timber flooring and a washing machine and dryer. If you need anything, do not hesitate to ask! Bondi road lies in the middle of an intimate local community. Walk a few minutes east and you’ll find Bondi Beach, the famed coastal town overflowing with cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Walk a few minutes west and you’ll reach Bondi Junction, complete with a Westfield shopping center, supermarkets, cinemas, and a train station / bus depot connecting you to the rest of Sydney and beyond. It really is the best location in Sydney. Local buses (or a short walking distance) will take you to Bondi Junction, where trains and busses connect you with the rest of Sydney and further. Other things to note The Guest/s: We here at BONDI BEACH STUDIOS trust that our guest/s will enjoy their time while staying with us. Maintenance of rooms: Residents must maintain their rooms in a way that does not interfere with the reasonable comfort of other residents, and in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Residents must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or a facility in their rooms. Door locks and keys: Residents must not tamper with (or change) a door lock on the premises, or make copies of keycards without the permission of the provider/agent. If you are locked out of your room and must be let in, a fee of $35.00 will be charged. A fee of $55.00 will be charged for any lost keys. In-Stay Cleaning & Laundry Service: ** Available upon request, please speak to Ben OUR POLICIES: We are in a very exciting neighbourhood, but we are also in a very respectful neighbourhood. We expect that all guests understand and respect this as we want to maintain and uphold the values of this great community. With this, we please ask that you respect our STRICT POLICIES for: ** (1) NO PARTYING -If found partying; an additional $2500 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy. PARTYING includes: Loud music, disturbing the peace for fellow neighbours. **(2) NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING/ ROOMS -If found smoking in the building/rooms, an additional $1200 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy. **(3) NO PETS -If found with PETS in the building/rooms, an additional $550 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy These policies ensure that everyone both in the building and around it can enjoy it the same way. We live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Other things to note: Damages: -Accidents happen, if something is broken or lost please notify us immediately.
