Provencal chalet by the sea with pool and bbq

This is our family holiday home, offering total immersion in nature, with the feeling of a mountain chalet but only 400m from the sea, the singing birds and the sea breeze cannot be described in words but are very much part of the atmosphere with a sea view from your pillow. We built the house 20 years ago in a French provencal style with large bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms, with individual terraces all facing the sea (except the kids bedroom). A 9 min walk down to train station and beach. The space The swimming pool has a childproof gate (as per French regulations) but is not heated. All rooms have air conditioning except one which is detached slightly from the main house with a separate entrance, with it's bathroom being in the main house on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of a full 10 person dinner. It has a 4 ring electric hob, a fan oven, a microwave oven, 2 fridges, a deep freeze, a dishwasher, a kettle, a smoothie maker and a juice maker. It has a DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine, a coffee percolator, a cafetiere, and a Nespresso machine. Tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, detergent and fabric conditioner are provided. All beds will be freshly made upon arrival with top quality sheets, bath towels and beach towels will be supplied as will Rituals branded toiletries. There is one parking space next to the house, which is 3 storeys with no elevator. The top floor has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 22m2 terrace. The middle floor has the entrance hall, a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. The ground floor comprises the lounge, dining and kitchen area, with a utility room and toilet, plus the outdoor facilities, the sun terraces, swimming pool and charcoal barbecue. The 4th bedroom is in a separate annexe 2 metres from the house with its own terrace. There is a path from the bottom of the garden leading down towards the sea, the same path leads up to Eze Village and higher to Mt Bastide, via Nietzsche path. Registration Details 06059017090SB
