Hello .. Our house is located in the middle of the center of Sofia .. just two minutes from the main pedestrian street - “Vitosha blvd”, where some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the city are located. and within walking distance of most museums and major sites of interest. The property is completely renovated and furnished with new furniture..thought exclusively to provide the greatest comfort to travelers who choose to stay here The space The house has 160 square meters distributed on two floors. Entering through the main door is the living room with the kitchen. The living room has two sofas located next to the balcony, a few couches and several tables. It has a 50 ”television installed and air conditioning. The large windows and balcony doors that look out onto the garden .. and the high ceilings over three meters high make this space a very pleasant one and perhaps the most preferred place in the whole house to rest and chat .. or to have a drink. Next door is the kitchen and the first of the three bathrooms. From the living room there is access to a bedroom that has a double bed of 160/200 and a single bed of 80/200. Like the living room, this bedroom has large windows and small balconies that look out onto the garden of the house. It has a 43 ”television hanging on the wall in front of the beds. From the living room, down about three steps is another hallway, which leads to the second bedroom. This bedroom has a small private bathroom, equipped with everything you need ... and a double bed of 150/200. Its window also looks out onto the garden. From the same corridor the stairs that lead to the lower floor begin, which is like a separate apartment. On this floor you have two other bedrooms, along with a large bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a 180/200 double bed. The second one also has an 80/200 single bed. Each room is equipped with a 55 ”television with cable television, installed on the wall in front of the beds. You also have air conditioning and Wifi throughout the house. The beds available in the place are for a total of ten people. In case you book for a group of eleven or twelve people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, where up to two more people can sleep. Our house is connected to the central heating and hot water network of Sofia ... therefore these services are always available at all hours ... except in cases of emergency when there has been a breakdown in the network of any of them in general . So no matter how many people there may be ... hot water never runs out. Also the central heating service is considered as the best way to heat any home, during the cold winters of Bulgaria :)) Despite the central location, the house is located on a very quiet side road, and due to the fact that all the windows and rooms face the private garden, in the property you can never hear any kind of noise from outside. . Guest access The whole place is at your disposal. Other things to note Although I have installed automatic delivery boxes for the keys, I prefer to wait for the arrival of the guests at the property, to meet us in person, explain the details of the house ... and in case you are interested in recommending interesting places, and also how to get around the city.
