Villa with Pool in Quiet Olive Grove

Our organic farm is surrounded by 400 hectares of fields and woods, which gently slope down towards the quiet Val di Cornia. The ancient farmhouses and terrain represent the traditional Maremma Toscana. Here, we offer an unforgettable experience of culture, nature, food, adventure and relaxation. The estate features or farm-to-table restaurant, two panoramic swimming pools, farm animals, signed paths and agricultural craft brewery. The space Small Villa on two levels. Ground floor: living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower box. 1st floor: double bedroom with bathroom, small bedroom with two single beds. Veranda with table and chairs, overlooking the pool. The villa is located near an olive grove in the hills of Val di Cornia. We would like to remind our guests that our estate is an organic farm. Our flats are spacious and comfortable but do not have a television or air conditioning. Wi-Fi is very fast but usually does not work inside the flats, given the thickness of the old stone walls. Daily cleaning and daily linen change are not included. All this to be consistent and in line with our decision to leave a reduced environmental impact on our territory and we hope to convey an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort, in close contact with nature. Four-legged friends are welcome on our farm and may enter all areas of the facility (including the restaurant and pool solarium), on a leash of course and with respect for the other guests. They cannot swim in the pool, except on special occasions. However, it is an easy walk to the Cornia river (very clean and with shallow water), where dogs can bathe in peace. And in 30 minutes by car you can reach the sea, where there are some dog-friendly beaches (including the Dog Beach in San Vincenzo and the Pasha Glam Dog Beach in Piombino). Supplement for four-legged friends: for stays of up to one week, EUR 10 per day; for weekly stays, EUR 50 per week— subject to compensation for any possible damage. Changing sheets and/or towels before 7 nights is subject to a fee. Guest access Guests can access all the common areas of the structure: restaurant, agricultural brewery, swimming pools, gardens, table tennis and children's playground. We also have marked trails starting and ending on the farm. Other things to note For those who wish to relax - with so much to experience directly on the farm - there are very few reasons to leave! We are proud to share our many passions and traditions with our guests.
