You can fully enjoy the outdoor areas with a large garden, a private pond and a heated indoor pool open seasonally. The space 120 km from Western Paris, at the gates of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in Eure-et-Loir (28), 5 km from La Ferté-Vidame (a contender in the "Favorite Village of the French" competition), and 12 km from Verneuil-sur-Avre, the Ferme de l'Epinay (17th century) welcomes you in complete tranquility, all year round, in the former manor house (gîte-3 épis) that has been converted to accommodate up to 8 guests. Flexibility possible Music not allowed after 23:00hs. Owner in the farmhouse courtyard. No odor or noise pollution. Included: towels, linens. Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€60 for a weekend and €80 for a week), pool towels. Preferred weekly stays in July and August. Electric car charging in the courtyard with a mains electrical outlet (€10/night) Guest access Pool access only for you (9am-7pm) from early May to late September, access prohibited at night. The pool is located 50m from the house after passing 2 gates. Access to the pond year-round. No boat available. Here, you need a car, convenience stores 5 km La Ferté Vidame. Other things to note There is a room dedicated to fishermen. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included. Weekday check-ins start at 4 p.m. and checkouts start before 10 a.m. Check-in times can be flexible. On weekends, check-in is at 6 p.m. and checkout is at 6 p.m., except July–August. No parties, no evenings and music prohibited from 11pm. We live there.
