We are less than a mile from downtown Long Beach, 5 Miles to Gulfport, and 10 miles to Bay St Louis. You have a beautiful Gulf view from the porch. 2 Queen Size Beds and Flat Screen TVs in all the rooms. The unit is equipped with a Washer/Dryer as well. The condo is fully equipped for short or long term rentals. The complex has a pool and plenty of parking. You won't be disappointed! Everything is available to use except the owners closet in the extra bedroom. We keep that locked Guests have access to the pool. No code or access card is needed We are available by phone or email anytime It is a second home for us. Quiet safe complex. Neighbors are extremely friendly. You can park anywhere in the complex. There is also an overflow parking lot in the back for campers and boats Please do not hang towels on the railings outside. Use the shower by the pool to rinse off before and after. Keep sand outside of the unit. Do not sit on furniture with wet clothes please. No smoking or vaping inside the unit.
