Modern Family Home in Greytown w/ Pool/Sauna/Spa

Welcome to our home in the heart of Greytown! This is our family home so it's very well appointed and equipped with everything you need for your break. Greytown village, shops and supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Please let us know if you have any questions. Note, that our cat lives here and we ask that you put some food out for her in the evening. She is very friendly and won't be in the way. She will come and go as she pleases through the cat door. The space Large living space with open plan living, dining and kitchen. Folding doors to the covered, louvered deck to make an even larger living and entertaining area. Three bedrooms. Very large master bedroom with super king bed, another double bedroom with super king bed and a kids room with a double bed (Yet to update photos). All windows double glazed. Heat pump/air conditioning. One in the lounge and one in the master bedroom. Two bathrooms, one of them ensuite. One with bath, both with walk in shower. Laundry with washing machine and induction dryer. Carpeted throughout. Glass gated pool with pool house. Spa off the master bedroom deck. Sauna situated near the pool so you can cool plunge after sauna heat. Guest access Greytown village with shops, restaurants and pubs is an easy 5 minute walk. Local playground is 10-15 minute walk away. Freshchoice supermarket is just across the road. Parking for 4/5 cars offstreet and plenty of space on Wood street. Other things to note Our grey cat Frida is super lovely and fine with children. She will need to be fed daily. You will not really notice she is there as tends to stay away when we have large groups of people over.
