▵ @margaretriverproperties\n▵ @thelookouteaglebay\n\nThe Lookout is a private, self-contained studio in Eagle Bay, with sweeping views of the unspoiled crystal blue waters. \n\nYou’ll feel right at home in this split level freshly renovated 1-bedroom studio, with a king bed, high raked ceilings, a gas fireplace, spacious ensuite, small kitchenette and a view of Eagle Bay from your bed and private deck. Perfect for a couples escape in the most beautiful Bay in the South West of Western Australia. The space Located less than 500m from the beach nestled at the top of a hill amongst natural trees and bushland with expansive views of the bay. The studio is attached to the main residence but has its own entrance to ensure your privacy. Tucked in the corner of the studio with views of the bay, the kitchenette is well equipped with a sink, under bench mini bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. There is a single portable electric stove top and outdoor Webber BBQ. Please note this isn’t a full size kitchen with oven/hot plate but all you need for your getaway. The deck has a marble top table and chairs plus a two-seater cushioned outdoor sofa to relax on and enjoy the natural vista of the bay and local bird life. All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Porta cot and highchair available on request. Note: We are currently not hosting Leavers Guest access We have a private car bay on the property, and the studio has its own private entry and deck. Guests have exclusive access to their studio.
