The house offers a lot of space and comfort with 3 different living rooms and a dining kitchen, cozy with a wood stove or a gas stove. As a result, the house is cozy and very suitable to stay there with both the two of you and a group of people. It is also pleasant to stay for 1 or 2 families with children. There is a shuffleboard and a cupboard with games. In a bench in the shed there is a hammock that you can hang in a standard in the garden. Guest access Guests have access to all areas. There is even a look at the large vaulted basement under the house. This can be reached via a stone staircase in front of the house. However, be careful with small children and don't just let the attics go up. Other things to note There is a bakery in Passavant. At the village you can fish in the lake l'Etang (permit for sale at the cafe-restaurantje on the lake). It is an idyllic place with a couple of children's playground equipment. More central to the village is a playground. 3 km away, in Selles, is the restaurant "Au Pont Tournant" with a pleasant terrace on the canal. You can also swim there in the river next door. There is a simple open-air bath in Fontenois la Ville. There is a heated pool in Vittel. Thermal baths, where you can swim in hot water, are in Luxeuil (43 km) and Contrexéville (38 km). A 45-minute drive away there is a lake, the Lac du Morimond, with a restaurant and the possibility of renting a boat and a nice 3 km walk around the lake. In Contrexeville, a half hour drive, there is also a nice lake with a restaurant. In the middle mountains and national park the Vosges (1 - 1.5 hours drive) it is a beautiful walk. Skiing is possible in la Bresse and in Col de la Schlucht you can also snowshoe and drive (1.5 hours drive) in addition to skiing.
