You’ll also find a modern bathroom for your comfort. Perfect for leisure or business stays! The space This very nice one bedroom is ideally located in the heart of Cannes. The recent renovation makes it very comfortable. It is fully equipped and can welcome up to 4 guests in 3 different beds. You will enjoy a pleasant terrace with a city view. Everything is within walking distance. Croisette and the beaches are 5 min walk. Palais des Festivals is 10 min walk. Gambetta market, Antibes street are 2 min walk. Enjoy the central location. Other things to note The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed. - Please do not throw objects or sanitary products in the toilets. - Please do not leave keys in the lock on the inside of the apartment as it will not be possible to open the door from the outside. - Please be careful with the keys of the apartment. In case of loss we will have to change the lock.
