The space Nestled on the Warwickshire/Oxfordshire border. You’ll find the perfect mix of cosy countryside living with modern luxuries, including an in-built Sonos system, Smart TV and bespoke pool table. The heart of the home is an impressive sitting room with superb countryside views. Adjoining the sitting room is a cosy home office and utility room. The sitting area opens into a well-equipped kitchen with a large island unit. It’s an incredibly social space, allowing plenty of room to accommodate both sitting, dining and play areas. Also downstairs in a generous, double height master bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe and a spacious en suite bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in shower. There is a further double bedroom suite and separate WC. Stairs rise from the sitting room to the first floor landing which leads into a good sized and very cool rustic bedroom which makes use of the original beams to create a partition to separate two sleeping areas. There is also an in-built desk and dressing area and large bathroom with separate bath and shower. This room would work particularly well for children of all ages. There is a large garden to the front of the property, with sensational views of the Warwickshire countryside, that also wraps around the side. There is also a secluded back garden where you will find a comfy seating area and BBQ (charcoal) Planning something special? Please note we have a strict NO PARTY policy as we have close neighbours, we appreciate guests being respectful of this and keeping to the quiet hours of 8pm-7am. Please note that if staying with younger children there is there is no stair gate for the stairs. The bath in the upstairs en suite is not usable , please only use the bath in the master en suite. There is air con in the master bedroom. Please note There is room for 3 cars on the driveway.
