A fantastic base for you to explore what the National Park has to offer. Takeaway’s and restaurants close by with good public transport routes in and out of the New Forest and Southampton. We have plenty of parking, including space for larger vehicles, RV’s and caravans. If you do have a larger vehicle, if you could let us know before arrival. There is no access to a washing machine, however if you need some washing to be done I can do this for you for an additional fee. During your stay I will be here to greet you and show you to your room and show you where all the facilities are. I live in the property so will be available if you need me. Other things to note Once making the booking, please let us know before you arrived so we can make sure someone will be there to let you win last check-in is at 9:30 after 9:30 pm. There won’t be anyone at the property to let you in booking in to the property must be before nine then when you have your key you can come and go as you please
