Beach house Jakov with two apartments

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. Whole house is best option for families who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :) The space Residence Jakov has 2 apartments (1 and 2, or upper and lower), separate in one house. They are literally situated on the beach. Both apartments offer quality accommodation - one bedroom, beautiful kitchen, living room with sofa and luxury bathroom. Capacity is 8, with a possibility of additional bed for two persons. So whole house have capacity of 8 people plus 2 in additional single bed. Lower apartment has a large yard with garden furniture, a sink and grill (etc.) Feature of apartment is excellent - dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, coffee machine,... There is one bedroom with double bed and view toward sea and luxury bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living room there is a corner sofa that can be expanded in double bed and big LCD screen. Kitchen is rustical but modern with brand new kitchen appliances. A special feature of the apartment is proximity to the beach - you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and you do not have to enter the apartment for daily showering because the shower with fresh water is on the beach. Ideal for families with children because there is no road nearby, there is no saving things to go to the beach and there is a big fig tree to provide shade on the yard and on the beach. It is great for people who want to have calm and peaceful vacation, far from the traffic, noise and loud music. But if you want to have fun, Zrce beach is cca 7 km away. Upper apartment has a balcony over the entire length (exit from the living room and bedroom). Feature of apartment is excellent, just like lower apt - dishwasher, air conditioning, coffee machine, washing machine,... It has big luxury bathroom with walk-in shower. There is one bedroom with double bed (and beautiful view with exit to the balcony in front of which there is only sea). In the living room is sofa that can be expanded in the regular double bed. The best of these apartments is the yard in which guest spend all their time, for sun (on deckchairs), dining, barbecue, kids playing... This is really an exclusive position with comfort accommodation. Next to the apartments is a promenade next to the sea that runs the entire length of Stara Novalja so it is great for evening walks or running. There is two bike routes near by (on each side of Stara Novalja) so here you have everything for everyone :) I just want to point out that this house is not suitable for people who want to go to Zrce and on the festivals because Zrce is not so near and Stara Novalja is very quiet, family oriented place with no party events in bars or clubs. Guest access Guests have access to the beach, deckchairs on the beach, big yard with the barbecue, sink and garden furniture. Guest can pick figs from the tree if they like :)
