Casa Calma is a stylish, fully equipped Mediterranean-style villa for families, golfers and remote workers (100 Mbit internet, two desks), set on a private plot of more than 1,000 sqm with a private pool (heated Oct–Apr), a gym and an exotic garden. The villa sits on a hill in Marbella, surrounded by other villas, and offers stunning sea views. The beach and Río Real Golf are a 5-minute drive away, Marbella old town and tennis/padel 10 minutes. Featured in Condé Nast Traveller, 7/2026. The space We bought this villa in 2019 and refurnished it. Especially in the living area we got inspired by houses on Ibiza and Southeast Asia and used many natural materials such as teak, rattan and linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice tableware, a De'Longhi coffee machine, etc. and has direct access to the 70 m2 terrace. The terrace has a large wooden table, a lounge area and a wooden part that is perfect for your yoga activities. You also find a beautiful barbecue area with a pizza oven. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. If you like to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime during your holidays, just log in on one of our flatscreen TVs. There is also a Bose Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to your phone to listen to your favourite music. Guest access We let the villa as a whole for exclusive use. The villa has its own entrance from the street. Other things to note We prefer couples (of all genders, of course) and families. Minimum age of main tenants 25 years. We do not accept bookings from groups of the same sex (party groups, bachelor parties, etc.). Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Smoking in the garden is accepted. No pets may be brought into the villa without prior agreement. In accordance with the Registration Act, the host must register all guests in his vacation accommodation with the police, as is the case in hotels. For this reason, we will send you a registration link prior to check-in and ask you to register all guests (including minors of all ages) prior to your arrival.
