The apartment strictly adheres to a hypoallergenic regime - this means the absence of: feather and down pillows and blankets; indoor plants and carpets; the walls are painted with water-dispersion washable interior paint, the floor is lined with ceramic tiles; dense textile curtains; the color scheme of the interior is natural shades; a quiet sleeping area; no pets and no smoking! --- Comfort and climate control will be provided by inverter air conditioning, autonomous heating and warm floor in winter. ---- A separate spacious dressing room will allow you to conveniently arrange your belongings (hanger, shelves), suitcases, built-in safe for safe storage of valuables and documents. --LCD TV, dresser, bubble chair, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer. The kitchen with wall cabinets is equipped with a hood, a four-burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a two-chamber refrigerator, an electric kettle, all the necessary utensils and dishes for cooking and eating. For sleeping: a comfortable double bed with a high anatomic mattress and a folding sofa with an orthopedic removable mattress. The price includes bedding and towels (change of linen every 7 days), including beach towels in summer. Guest access Our guest house is located in the Imeretinsky resort area, which is located in the Adler district - the southernmost resort point of our country, it is also the warmest, a real paradise for beach lovers. Bright sun, gentle sea and picturesque landscapes — all this is Adler. The beach season lasts almost a whole year here! Combining sun and sea baths with fascinating excursions around the area and activities such as hang gliding, jet skiing and banana rides, you can be sure that a vacation at this resort will be remembered for a lifetime! And there are many sanatoriums and boarding houses in this city where you can improve your health. We should also mention the bromine salts that have a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Their content in the sea air is quite significant, so the vacationer feels like a newborn. The feeling of fatigue, headaches, irritability go away, clarity of thought returns, sleep normalizes. Treatment with sea air is recommended in the complex therapy of stress, neuroses, depression and even mental disorders. It is especially useful to breathe it in the evening, when the simultaneous calming effect is provided by the measured splash of sea water. At a distance of 850m from the house there are Olympic facilities, Sochi Park - a theme park for adults and children, the Formula 1 track, as well as many cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and other, no less interesting modern attractions that are definitely worth your attention. The new Imeretian beach with a length of 7 km and a width of up to 50 m is a 20-minute walk from the guest house, the path to it passes through the stadiums and arenas of the Olympic Park and the Formula 1 track. Also only 500 meters from us is the Russian Disneyland, the largest amusement park in Russia - Sochi Park. Along the sea promenade there are many summer cafes, restaurants with sea views, where you can have a pleasant time and dance! The Olympic Park is a whole complex of facilities, including not only stadiums and sports palaces, but also a railway station, the Olympic village, as well as the Formula 1 track. In addition, there is a theme park in the park, which will not leave indifferent not only children, but also adults. There is an electric museum of Nikola Tesla, bicycle, roller skates, electric scooters rental points. So you won't be bored. Today, the Olympic Park hosts various world-class sporting events, exhibitions and concerts. In 40 minutes by the Lastochka electric train from the Olympic Park station from our guest house, there is the Krasnaya Polyana ski resort and the Sochi Casino and Resort.
