The space The apartment consists of : - living room with comfortable sofa bed and TV with international channels; - kitchen/dining room equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, iron, etc.); - Wide closet; - Bathroom with large shower box - Double bedroom (with large bed 1.60 x 2 meters); - Room with 2 single beds (on request they can become a double bed); - Area with washing machine and sink; - Garden accessible from the French door of the dining room Grill In the garden you can eat or relax with a dedicated table under a beautiful equipped gazebo. The interiors are comfortable, bright and well equipped, with air conditioning everywhere and Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the residence, including the pool. The fully tiled travertine pool is immersed in a green lawn surrounded by oleander plants. It is located 50 meters from the house, has a depth of 1.40 cm and is equipped with deckchairs, gazebos, sun loungers and showers with hot water. Inside the courtyard there is ample parking available for guests. For security reasons, and to ensure greater peace of mind for us hosts and you guests, there are surveillance cameras outside the courtyard.
