Only a 10-15 minute walk to beautiful Spring Beach, it is a great base for day trips to Freycinet National Park, Swansea, Bicheno, Port Arthur, and East Coast wineries. You will stay in the private guest wing of the house, with private access. With great views of the ocean, mountains, and majestic Tasmanian Blue Gum trees, it is a haven for local birds, and other native animals. Serenity! The space This is a lifestyle property, with an emphasis on sustainability. We use solar power and beautiful, clean rainwater. In their wing, guests have their own bedroom, bathroom (shower and separate bath), separate toilet, vanity area, kitchen, lounge/dining area, alfresco dining area with direct access to the deck. The bedroom also has direct access to a private outdoor lounge area, a perfect location for a coffee or glass of wine. Two TVs provide cable TV (Foxtel) and DVD players. Guests have their own covered parking area. Guest access Ornamental garden, with natural stone features, orchard, vegetable patch. Guests will be provided with fresh seasonal produce when it is available in the garden. A gas barbecue is provided and guests also have access to a large trampoline, kayaks, and bicycles.
