Preeria is a cozy spot tucked away in the peaceful mid-mountain area on the west side of Jeju Island. Enjoy the starry night sky, the sound of birds in the morning, and the beautiful forest scenery of a local Jeju village. The space includes a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom (with two queen mattresses), one bathroom (with a shower booth, sink, and toilet), another bathroom (with a vanity area, small wall-mounted washer, and tiled bathtub), and an indoor terrace. The space 🏠 About Preeria Private House Preeria is a private house rented to only one group at a time, so you’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Standard occupancy: 4 guests Extra guest: Allowed only for families with infants, up to 1 additional person Extra charge: ₩20,000 per night, payable on-site (If the number of guests differs from the reservation, check-in will not be allowed and no refund will be given.) For safety reasons, visits from non-registered guests are not permitted. 🍳 Meals & Kitchen Breakfast is not provided, but the house has a fully equipped kitchen (please note that condiments are not provided due to COVID-19). You’ll find a water purifier and freshly roasted coffee beans for hand-drip coffee. 🔥 Barbecue Info There’s no BBQ facility on-site, but don’t worry! A “Light Garden” self-barbecue area is within walking distance (about 8 minutes). You can enter the "Light Garden" for free when using the BBQ area, and enjoy the barbecue facilities at a very reasonable price. It’s just an 8-minute walk from the house! If you prefer not to grill yourself, there are two popular BBQ restaurants just a 5-minute walk away — "Chil Donga " and " Yeon Donga". If you need them, just let us know in advance — we’ll prepare them for you. * Toothbrush & toothpaste are not provided. * No cooking of oily or strong-smelling foods such as grilled meat, fish, or seafood stew. * No BBQ on the property. * No pets allowed. * Only registered guests may stay — no extra or outside visitors. Please keep these in mind when making your reservation 😊 Other things to note < Changing a Reservation > * Guests can change their reservation for free with no fees if they request the change more than 30 days before check-in. * Changing the date less than 30 days before check-in isn’t allowed. If you request a change within 30 days, a cancellation fee (same as below) will apply, and the fee will go to the host. < Canceling a Reservation > * Guests need to cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund. * If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host keeps 50% of the cost. * If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host keeps 100% of the cost.
