Enjoy a quiet neighborhood stay with a comfortable queen bed, large window, work desk, two dressers, mirror, and a small clothes-hanging area. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and Xfinity, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig (bring your own pods). Extra linens, pillows, seasonal blankets, a robe, color-coordinated towels, and a laundry basket are provided. The shared bathroom down the hall features double sinks and a full shower/bath. Guests have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, and a peaceful backyard garden—perfect for winding down after a long day. Close to Freeway 168, the airport, hospitals, the Rodeo Grounds, Savemart Center, and Fresno State, this is an ideal stay for traveling nurses, business professionals, and visitors exploring the Central Valley. My home is calm, clean, and welcoming, with everything you need to feel at home. Please no pets or children. Please be quiet when entering or exiting, no slamming doors. Always ensure the front screen door fully shuts so the cats cannot get out. When entering, close and lock the gate behind you. It opens from the inside. I like to greet guests upon arrival (Airbnb requirement). If I’m unavailable, your entry code will be provided and we can schedule a time to meet up. About the Cats I share my home with two indoor cats, Ballou and Ellie, sweet, friendly, and big beggars. Do NOT feed them human food for any reason. They are not allowed on kitchen counters, this rule keeps surfaces clean and your food safe. They may enter your room only if you invite them in. Sometimes they get mad at me and poop somewhere strange. If you come upon this, please inform immediately me so I can quickly clean and sanitize the area. Your Room Turn your lights and TV off when you are not home Your private room includes: Full bed, two windows, large closet, two dressers, working desk, full mirror Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix & Xfinity, mini-fridge, Keurig (bring your own pods) Color-coded towels, extra linens, pillows, seasonal blankets, laundry basket Shared Bathroom Located down the hall on the left before your bedroom. Clean hair from the drain cover after every shower. The fan should turn on automatically when humid in the bathroom, tell me if it doesn’t. Pressing the button will turn the fan on. After showering, leave the fan on and the door open to air out. After #2, close the door and leave the fan running for air circulation. My home is small and the bathroom lacks a window. Do not attempt to fix anything yourself. Contact me immediately about: Leaks Clogs Low toilet paper or tissues Shower or sink issues Kitchen Do your dishes immediately, do NOT leave them in the sink or on counters. Pots are hand-wash only. Dishwasher can be shared: inquire for more details Additional fridge space is available in the garage fridge if needed. Trash Trash cans are located behind the wooden gate next to the driveway. Trash goes to the curb Monday Nights and comes in on Tuesday nights. Plan accordingly, do NOT leave your trash not in the associated bins. There is a blue trash can in the garage by the fridge for cans and bottles. Laundry Bring your own detergent. Remove lint from the dryer after each use. Leave washer & dryer doors open after use to prevent mold. Do not leave laundry in the washer overnight. Temperature Control Guests may not adjust the thermostat. Winter temperature in home: 68° daytime 60° nighttime Summer temperature in home: 74° throughout the day If outside air becomes cooler, AC may be turned off and windows will need to be opened. Please be respectful and flexible with this system. Parking Please park in front of the house when available. This is a school area, mornings and some evenings (game nights) can be busy. Smoking Smoking & vaping are allowed only in the backyard. Ashtrays are provided, please clean up after yourself. Guests & Visitors No children or pets. No visitors unless you ask first and provide their name. No overnight guests without prior approval. Mail No mail may be delivered to the home. Please do not change your address to mine for any reason. Damages Guests may be charged up to $500 for damages to the room or house. Guest access You have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry and backyard. Please let me know if you have any questions. During your stay I will interact with you how you see fit. If you are someone who wants to share their experiences and chat, I can do that. If you would prefer to be to yourself I can also accommodate that. I would like to give you a tour around the house when you arrive so I can show you where things are and how things work. If you need anything I am available to answer questions via airbnb app, text message or phone call, once you have arrived. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets or children at this property. We have two older resident cats who are very sensitive to unfamiliar animals and children in their space. For their well-being and to maintain a peaceful environment, I kindly ask that guests do not bring any pets during their stay. Thank you for understanding!
