Finca Es Rafal - Vacation away from tourists

The finca 'Es Rafal' is a natural-stone house lovingly restored in the typical island style with pool and separate guest house. It is just three minutes away by car from Montuïri. The main house has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area of approx. 50 m². The pool has been newly renovated and is now chlorine-free Due to its central location, the finca is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Main house (approx. 120 sqm) The living and dining area of about 50 sqm is divided into a cozy sitting area with two sofas, fireplace, SATELLITE TV and a radio CD player on one side and a dining area for up to 8 people on the other. A high chair is available for the „little guests“. In the fully equipped kitchen, in addition to the dishes for 6 people, you will find a coffee maker, oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher as well as a washing machine and a small storage room. On the ground floor, the living room is adjoined by a spacious bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom with double bed (two beds) is accessed from the living room via a staircase down. The bathroom has a country-style vanity with a double sink, shower and toilet. Guesthouse (approx.35 sqm) In the Mediterranean garden with almond and carob trees is the guest house with a living room with double bed, open fireplace as well as a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and WC. Learn more about amenities Due to the existing central underfloor heating and the open fireplace, the finca is also suitable for the cooler season. On request, a cot (suitable for up to three years) can be provided free of charge. There is also an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer in the bathrooms. Electrical appliances can be connected without an adapter due to German sockets. Guest access Our finca is available to our guests all year long. Other things to note In front of the main house and in the area of the pool (7 x 3 m), two large south-facing sun terraces invite you to relax and unwind. From the upper terrace you have beautiful views. In the evening you can see the „sea of lights“ of Algaida. The garden is planted with olive trees, cypresses, oleander, bougainvillea, almond and carob trees; in February, the almond trees unfold their white-pink flowers. A large natural stone terrace on which you can walk barefoot is located around the pool. There are 4 sun beds and parasols at your disposal. A hint for our „little guests“ - peacock, pheasant and hare say good night on our property! With a bit of luck you get to see the animals every now and then.
