The Byre is a beautifully restored barn on Ropers Walk Farm with breathtaking views in all directions. The location is extremely peaceful yet only a 2 minutes walk to the park and local shop. The lively village of St Agnes and the great surfing beaches of Porthtowan, Chapel Porth (home to the infamous hedgehog ice cream!) and Perranporth are 5-15 minutes drive. Set in the heart of the dramatic North Cornish coastline it is a great base for walkers, surfers and sightseers alike. The space The Byre is a beautifully converted former cow shed with a spacious, comfortable and modern living space and kitchen. The views over rolling farmland towards St Agnes Beacon are beautiful and the garden out the front catches the often spectacular sunsets over the sea to the West. You will have access to 80MB broadband during your stay and the living area has a Smart TV. The bedrooms are peaceful and spacious. The main bedroom has an en suite wet room, the second bedroom (and sofa bed) use the main bathroom. Guest access As well as the garden there is a footpath that runs past this over the fields to the scenic valley of Parc Shady and on down to Porthtowan. (Approximately 1.5 miles to Porthtowan and to the coast path, mostly off-road with a couple of steep and stonier sections.) Other things to note We can cater for disabled visitors - please get in touch if you need further information. Comfortable for 4 guests, sofa bed for the occasional 1 or 2 extra.
