High quality house suitable for families or couples travelling together. Two spacious bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms a, fully equipped kitchen and a generous living room. The community pool is one of the best you've ever seen. The space The community (18 houses) is located in an area where tourist exploitation has not yet reached. The surroundings are genuin Thai with farmers, fishermen and craftsmen. You have all the things you need to survive. The nearest convenient store is located on the opposite side of the road. The restaurants are generally local but you have a few ones with a more international touch. The food is great where ever you decide to go. You will need to do some grocery shopping. Our suggestion is that you go to either Tesco Lotus or Big C. It's close from the airport and about 30 minutes from our villa. The area is built around the community pool. The owners are not there all the time so don't surprised if you have the pool all to yourselves. If you prefer a dip in the Andaman Sea, it's about a 15 minute walk from the house. The beach can be messy if you are there outside of the high season. The sunsets are amazing. Guest access As a house guest you have access to the entire house. The kitchen is fully equipped. If something breaks or malfunctions let me know. Other things to note The beach is a 15 minutes walk. Please understand that it's a local beach and not supervised by the community or the authorities. Some parts of the beach is good and some parts not so good. The tide is also a factor. The water is very shallow and there are no dangerous currents. The best time to visit the beach is December - March. You will not find any beach side bars, restaurants or other services located directly bu the beach. Basically you will quite alone there. Some local fishermen and children are generally the only company. A herd of buffalos can show up every now and then. The local golf course is located exactly 15 minutes by car from the house. Clubs, carts and caddies can be rented and you will not need advance booking. Just show up and play. Unless there is a competition of course. If you need a day or night in a more hectic spirit I suggest a visit to Ao Nang which is located app one hour from the house by car.
