The little tower - house with 4 level

The house is an old block of flats situated on a hill of Valdinievole valley, immersed in afascinating atmosphere made of citrus and olive trees, woods and stars, silence and slow rhythms, flavours and genuine things, at a short distance from the history and magic of arts towns such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca or from the charming Tyrrhenian and Ligurian coasts with their superb Cinque Terre. It is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday. The space The house, with independent access, is located on the garden floor and is spread over four levels. On the entrance level, there is the living room, the kitchen and a small bathroom. Below is a large tavern in typical Tuscan style. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of joining them, and a private bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower. It is possible to add two cribs, one per double bedroom. Possibility of using a large garden shared with other guests, 2 barbecues and the possibility of using 2 Jacuzzi tubs by reservation and for a fee (Euro 20.00 per hour per apartment) from May 1 until October 15. Guest access Guests can access the communal garden where have at their disposal two bbq, tables and chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas.
