The Snugl is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Reynoldston, Gower. A newly converted modern,bright and cosy self-contained annexe with private terraced garden, just 3 minute walk from the lovely local King Arthur Pub. The Snugl has a separate en-suite shower room with spacious cubicle with tower shower, WC and sink and heated towel rail. Cole & Lewis Shampoo, conditioner and hand wash are provided for you as well as toilet rolls, towels and bath mat. The mirror has a built in light and de-mister. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso Essenza coffee machine as well as an integrated fridge with small freezer compartment. Tea towels and washing up liquid are provided. Neat space saving oak fold down table and folding bar stools which can be stored up on the feature wall on custom made hooks. The folding table also makes a perfect laptop work space. Bespoke handmade coat hanging area and shoe rack as well as an extra pair of feature clothes hangers. We have some great Gower pubs and restaurants serving delicious food in the area. During your stay you have your own private modern terraced seating area with perennial planting and chairs to relax in and absorb the peaceful surroundings. Charcoal BBQ also provided. Smart TV, Sky and Wi-Fi are also provided. The hosts also are happy for you to use the large landscaped front garden and seating areas. The Snugl has underfloor heating throughout to add to your comfort in cooler months, as well as solar powered Velux blackout blinds and all windows/door have blackout blinds as well. By the terrace is a waterproof storage cupboard for wellies, walking boots and brollies. All powered by our new Air Source Heat Pump and solar panels. Tea (plastic free & biodegradable), coffee ( recyclable pods), salt and pepper and a pint of milk are included with your welcome basket along with other goodies. Iron and ironing board available on request. A key safe is provided for a more convenient method of checking in for guests ( code provided nearer to scheduled arrival date). The Snugl is accessed via it's own separate lockable door. There is ample parking outside the main property. The driveway is used by the owners and guests are kindly requested to park on the nearby roadside in the cul de sac, not directly in front of the main gate Please consider our neighbour opposite when parking also. Nightime sensor lights light up your pathway and back door area for your safety. The local sheep are very nosy so please remember to close the gate.
