To be paid in SMDC ADMIN OFFICE - Jogging trail, landscaped gardens and a playground for kids. - Double bed mattress outfitted with hotel-style fine cotton linen - A comfy sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, and stocked with various dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, kitchen utensils. - A breakfast table with upholstered chairs - En-suite bathroom and plush towels - Ample closet space which also contains a professional hair dryer, steam iron, ironing board, mirror, laundry basket, and more! The apartment also includes the following modern conveniences to ensure a pleasant stay: - 36-inch flat Smart TV with Cable (Cable, local channels) - Split-type air conditioning unit. Guest access Guest have access to the 6 pools 150/head charge . Additional registered guests and visitors of registered guests may use the pool for a minimal fee of Php 150 (3 USD). Other things to note - Please note that Airbnb does NOT charge guests the amount of the Security Deposit upon booking. Guests will be charged only in case there is any damage to the property or violation of the house rules after check-out. - Standard check-in time is 2PM, but we are flexible and we accommodate even very late check-in. - EACH guest must bring a VALID GOVERNMENT ID OR VALID PASSPORT upon check-in as well as 2 PHOTOCOPIES of such ID or Passport. Only registered guests are allowed by the Security team at Sea Residences to stay in the unit. To ensure that you fully enjoy the apartment and its amenities, we require some basic information to be sent at least 3 days prior to check-in. Guests must also sign some documents upon check-in. - If you are booking the apartment on behalf of someone else, we hold you responsible for informing the staying guests of the House Rules and policies. The House Rules and Contractual Agreements are binding on all occupants and visitors alike. - The unit is cleaned and completely sanitized prior to check-in. Feel free to remove your shoes as our floors are very clean. There is a shoe rack inside the first cabinet from the entrance door. - Any permanent stains (i.e. Henna tattoo, permanent pen marks, etc.) on the bedsheets/linen, pillow cases and the like will be charged accordingly. - In case the sofa or bed gets stained or wet a Php 2,000 (about 45 USD) cleaning fee will be charged. - 1 complementary housekeeping service will be provided for every stay of at least 7 nights, upon request. If guests staying less than a week request a cleaning, an additional housekeeping service fee will be charged of Php 600. - As part of our water conservation efforts, please expect moderate water pressure from the faucets and showers. - Kindly wash dishes you may use and cooperate in the trash collection schedule in order to maintain the cleanliness of the unit. - The Security team in Sea Residences is quite strict and, thus, as part of securing the vicinity, they tend to ask guests at what unit they are staying at.
