Lounge/studio and bedroom in Epsom

Our large home in Epsom is good for couples, and business travellers. We are close to central Auckland and Newmarket, a shopping area with good links to public transport. The space Downstairs one level private large studio space with own entrance. Car parking on site. Sunny warm Epsom home in quiet no exit street close to motorway and Newmarket shopping precinct. The studio has its own kitchenette with water, fridge, microwave, toaster and electric jug. There is a separate toilet and hand basin on this level. Towels and bedding are all provided. We like cotton bedding. Shared kitchen upstairs, shower and bathroom and laundry with other household members. It is a large house and guests can have as much privacy as they would like. We are happy to have our guests join us for meals, a drink or just a catch up. Guest access Upstairs lounges, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Downstairs studio, toilet , garaging and garden. During your stay We are able to help guests with their travel plans, local knowledge, dining, shopping, and any other help. Other things to note The studio has its own kitchenette-water, power, microwave, sink, bench, kettle and fridge. Basic cooking only with these facilities. We have overseas students sharing our home.
