Beau’s North Country Place: Welcome to our pet friendly cozy country home, off the beaten path and surrounded by nature. Suite guest enter using the front door and will find the Suite located up stairs . It is self contained space with its own kitchenette and bathroom. Suite does NOT have use of the 4 private room main house areas but are welcome to use all the shared outdoor spaces. The space Self contained suite with kitchenette and bathroom. The Suite is based on occupancy of 2 people. For each person after 2, extra person charge of $30/per night will be requested. This space is NOT pet friendly. The main house is pet friendly. Please note there is a cleaning fee and should show up in booking process if not please inquire. Thanks Guest access Guests have access to the beautiful patio and front porch space outdoors . Outdoor door barbecues is available for use as well. During your stay Upon arrival, guests can utilize self-check-in and check-out procedures when the host is not present, and receive a warm welcome and assistance when the host is available. The host is always accessible to answer any questions or concerns. The upper floor is reserved for guest use, and the main floor features a combination of private host areas and shared spaces for the guests in the Private rooms 1-4. The Suite is its own separate private listing that is self contained and not shared with host or other guests . Front shared entry is used and Outdoor spaces are shared with all guests and host. We strive to create a comfortable environment, allowing you to come and go at your convenience. Other things to note Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am weekdays. 11:00pm-8:00am weekends. We ask that guests be respectful of this to ensure all guest have the opportunity for a restful sleep. If you are early risers or have children accompanying you please make efforts to be quiet and use outdoor spaces such as front porch area during these hours. We recommend booking entire house or our suite if quiet time is to be difficult to follow. We do have indoor/outdoor pets, one cat and two dogs. This is a farm property with other animals on it. IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES TO ANIMALS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Our 4 ROOM rentals in the house are pet friendly but our SUITE rental is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Pets are not allowed in the Suite. For others room rental guests we do allow well behaved pets and do NOT allow pets runs loose on property. Pets must be leashed when outdoors. Maximum pets are one per guest/room and must not be left unattended.Pets may be asked to be kept on upper floor to accommodate all guests/host comfort level. We offer a FREE small breakfast cart for our Suite guests in which it may have the following; cereal,breakfast bars,milk,coffee,juice.
