A typical Pyrenean house, recently renovated, in the heart of a charming little mountain village with a beautiful view of the snow-capped peaks, located within the Pyrenees National Park and on the legendary Col d’Aspin pass. The house is in an ideal location for skiing, with 2 resorts just 15 minutes away (Saint-Lary and Peyragudes). For the summer, the 2 beautiful lakes (Payolle, Loudenvielle), 15 minutes away, offer numerous summer and winter activities, including a large spa center (Balnéa). The space Ground floor: Equipped kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove, sofa, table for 6-8 people and TV 1st floor: Large bedroom with balcony, 2 other bedrooms, bathroom with shower. (Ps: if you have read in reviews that the bell was disturbing at night, no more worries, it is now turned off at night). Garage: an outdoor garage allows you to store skis and other belongings. Terrace: a terrace with outdoor table allows you to enjoy summer meals in full sun. Parking: Free parking is available right in front of the house
