Beautiful farmhouse renovated and equipped for your comfort. Located on the Route des Bastides, 2 steps from Castillonnès and the Château de Monbazillac de Duras and 20 minutes from Bergerac. The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people The henhouse, the vegetable garden, the swimming pool, the many fruit trees, the large garden... everything is there to spend good times with family. Lively region in summer, many markets and entertainment in the different medieval villages nearby. The space -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- -° SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: °- -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- The house has 3 large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. The back bedroom is also equipped with a single bed for children of 90 x 190 cm. The large living room sofa is convertible and sleeps 2 adults or 3 children. Linens and towels are not provided. (Option available, see below) -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- -° THE LIVING AREA: °- -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- The living room is equipped with an open kitchen. Essential condiments such as salt, pepper, oil will be provided. The kitchen is equipped with a large dishwasher which is convenient for holidays with several people. In addition to stoves, pots and pans, there are also the following amenities: - Senseo coffee machine (pod and/or ground coffee) - Tassimo compatible coffee machine - Rice cooker - Toaster - Water boiler - Vegetable steamer - Raclette machine The large dining table and chairs allow 8 people to gather around a good meal or to play "La Bonne Paye" The corner sofa is convertible and can be a bed for 4 children because it is panoramic. The TV is connected, you can enjoy many replay options thanks to the Freebox Pop. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the house is equipped with high-speed WiFi. -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- -° THE GARDEN: °- -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- The garden is fenced and is 4000 m2. This is the exclusive playground of my six hens, who will surely come to talk to you and give you beautiful fresh eggs every day if you flatter them a little and feed them :p Other pets are not allowed. In summer you will inevitably find something to enjoy. The many varieties of tomatoes in the vegetable garden will add color to your plates (as well as peppers if you eat them...) and the different zucchini. There are several fruit trees (many varieties of Queen Claude plums, d'ente, cherries, figs) The outdoor terrace has a dining area with garden furniture. The pizza oven and barbecue will surely run at full capacity. -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- -° THE POOL: °- -°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°-°- The 6.50 m x 3.5 m swimming pool is treated with chlorine. It is NOT heated. There is an enclosure with a barrier and an alarm to protect the youngest. However, you will need to ensure their safety. Guest access You will have access to the whole house.
