Each room in the house has been equipped with amenities for the pleasure and convenience of our guests. Enjoy high-speed wifi throughout the entire apartment! The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom. Our guests enjoy a lovely queen-sized bed with a lovely balcony close by. The bed space furniture is new and modern with blue walls giving off a fun beachy feeling. The main space of the apartment is a modern open space decorated with light colors. The furniture and the simplistic design of the apartment are luxurious and comfortable. The apartment has an awesome view! The natural light and large windows are an excellent addition to the apartment. The entire apartment is covered in natural light with a lovely view of the city. If you’re looking for a place to relax, this apartment is perfect for you. You will enjoy every moment and every amenity provided. The building is equipped with a gym and a pool! Our guests that are staying for 30 days or longer can feel free to lounge in the common area or go for a swim. We’ve included a basic break down of what you can expect when you stay in this lovely apartment. The Bedroom This a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed situated next to a balcony window with light canceling curtains. The bed can comfortably accommodate 2 people. There are two bedside lamps and small tables next to the bed. The room has a lock on the door for your safety and privacy. We’ve included some hangers in the room and extra blankets so our guests can get comfortable and feel at home. The bathroom Our previous guests have said that our apartment is sparkling clean. The bathroom, like every other room in the apartment, has been professionally cleaned. The bathroom is fully equipped with modern utilities, a water heating system, a removable shower head, and additional amenities for the convenience of our guests. We have provided clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. We have also provided a hairdryer available in the bathroom area. Our guests can enjoy a comfortable bathroom experience with everything they will need available. The Living Room / Common Space The entire apartment has been decorated with a lovely beach theme. The light colors and simplistic design brings a feeling of luxury and relaxation. We invite our guests to relax in our living room space. The living room is equipped with a love seat, a small couch, and additional chairs. Like all of the spaces within the apartment, the living room is flooded with natural light. We encourage our guests to feel free to use the TV available in the living room. Once you arrive at this lovely apartment you will kick up your feet and feel right at home. The Kitchen If you are looking for an apartment with space for you to cook your own small meals, you’re in luck. The apartment includes a beautiful kitchen space equipped with utensils and basic amenities to make a meal. There are a stovetop and a microwave in the kitchen space. The Amenities Pack light when you travel! Our guests can travel knowing that we have provided you with the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. An iron and a hair-dryer are available for guest convenience. Towels, bedsheets, soap and tissue paper are also available for our guests. We invite our guests who will be staying for over 30 days to use the additional amenities in the building. Our long-term guests have access to a beautiful pool area with a hot tub and wonderful views of the city. There is also a full-sized gym in the building with new and modern equipment. The common space and lobby area of the building is beautifully furnished, the building is luxurious throughout! Guest access Guests have access to all of the amenities listed above in the amenities section. We value the safety and privacy of our guests. When you stay in our apartment you will have the entire place to yourself. In case of emergency, you can contact your host or the front desk security. Guests can enter the building through a private entrance with a separate entrance to the apartment. Apartment safety features include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit. All of the building facilities are accessible by guests. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and is handicap accessible. Long term guests (guests staying more than 30 days) have access to additional building amenities including a pool, a hot tub, and the gym. Other things to note Comfort and convenience for all of our guests is the most important thing. We ask our guests to treat the space as their home away from home with respect for future guests in mind. We have a few basic guidelines in place that we ask our guests to abide by to maintain the integrity of the space: Please DO NOT smoke in the apartment.
