Tippys Modern double room no3 near beach and shops

Family run house by Barry and Mirela. We have a daughter and cat, (they never get in the guests rooms) so we are also kids and pets friendly and can offer baby watching and dog sitting on request. Please let us know if you bring pets. It is 25£/each pet Travel cot or single air mattress for one child/adult can be added in the room on request ROOM FOR ONLY 2 ADULTS AND ONE baby/CHILD IF NEEDED. NO breakfast, only tea/ coffee in the room Room 3 is sharing 1 bathroom and 1 WC room with Room 2 The space There is tea and fresh coffee making facilities in the room along with a smart TV with access to Netflix and internet to connect your phone to it only. Please be aware we don't have terrestrial tv channels. Pets. Each pet it extra. Please add the 1st one as a pet and second pet if you have more than one as an extra child and let us know. Breakfast not available from us, but very nice places only 5 min away walking, offer great breakfast. Access to your room only. Fresh light and modern room . Shared bathroom with 1 other room. Only few mins walk to town and beaches . Around 5 minute walk to Great Western beach . Shops and restaurants only few minutes away. Please contact us if you are more than 2 dults in advance of booking.
